Way to St. Maarten

There are like 45 days left until I go for the first time to the Caribbean so I’ve decided to really push myself and lose weight. Breakfast: scrambled eggs + coffee. Snack: three cookies (ooops). Lunch: like 2 tiny pieces of meat + mushrooms + chinese beans + like 4 slices of tomatoe. Snack: 1 banana. Dinner: fiber cereal + raisins + 1 banana + peanuts.

Gym: 40 minutes of elliptical level 10-12 plus 10 minutes of the climber. Routine: 4 exercises of 4x15 for legs, plus 4x15 of butt, 3 exercises of 4x15 for arms and like 100 abs (they were AWFUL i almost begged my trainer to stop).
